Mid-level Corporate Associate
The candidate must have 3-5 years of corporate transactional experience from a law firm experience. Experience with life science transactions preferred, including drafting and negotiating collaboration agreements, license agreements, supply and other operational agreements, and product purchase and sale agreements. Candidate with M&A experience or intellectual property experience, an interest in life sciences, and prior experience in pharmaceutical and/or biotech industry would also be considered. Must have excellent academic credentials as well as strong organization, research, writing, and analytical skills. Interest in working with biotechnology, pharmaceutical, medical device, diagnostic and other life sciences companies in connection with their intellectual property, commercial and M&A transactions would be a plus. Must be admitted in PA.
