• Draft primary transaction agreements and negotiate with opposing counsel.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in relevant corporate transactions.
• Proven success in leading deals through closing.
• Experience with securities law matters is a plus.

Education

• Law degree.

Certifications

• Active bar admission.
