Volunteer Law Clerk, Spring

The law clerk, depending on certification status and legal experience will be responsible for: conducting court hearings and motions; research and legal writing; assembling case evidence notebooks; drafting motions and misdemeanor appeals; and reviewing and organizing case evidence. Should be interested in the field of criminal prosecution. The position may qualify for school credit depending on the requirements of the law school. Position can either be uncertified law students that are currently enrolled in law school, certified law students, or post-Bar applicants awaiting Bar results.
