Duties

• Conduct legal research to support litigation strategies and case development

• Advise clients regarding their legal rights and options in personal injury matters

• Negotiate settlements to achieve favorable outcomes for clients

• Collaborate with fellow attorneys and support staff to deliver comprehensive client service

• Maintain clear and detailed documentation of case progress and communications

• Stay informed on changes in personal injury law and related regulations

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

• Active license to practice law in South Carolina

• Proven experience in litigation and negotiation

• Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines efficiently

• Experience in personal injury law and workers’ compensation preferred

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited institution

Certifications

• Active member of the South Carolina State Bar
