Duties:

• Draft legal documents such as letters, memos, motions, pleadings, and orders
• Support lead attorneys in preparing for hearings
• Maintain up-to-date case management records and track deadlines
• Collaborate with paralegals and legal support staff to coordinate discovery efforts
• Conduct legal research across a variety of topics related to ongoing cases

Requirements:

• 0-5 years of experience as an associate attorney
• Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills with a proactive mindset
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, virtual work environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Adobe)
• Experience with Clio is a plus
• Strong legal research and writing skills with a history of achieving top marks
• Must have graduated cum laude or within the top 25% of the law school class
• Must hold a valid Bar license
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Graduation in the top 25% of the law school class, or at least cum laude

Certifications:

• Active Bar membership in the state of Florida
