A law firm seeks an experienced Associate for its Corporate Investment Funds practice in Washington, D.C. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in liquidity transactions and secondaries markets, contributing to a dynamic team that advises fund sponsors globally.

Duties

• Advise on liquidity transactions, including continuation funds and recapitalizations.
• Handle traditional LP portfolio sales and fund-level preferred equity investments.
• Manage investments in firm sponsors and GP-level preferred equity investments.
• Ensure the protection of sensitive and confidential information.

Requirements

• Minimum of four years of experience in liquidity transactions and secondaries markets.
• Proven ability to handle complex fund operational matters.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction.
