Salesforce Administrator / Developer
Duties: Collaborate with Salesforce users to analyze and understand business requirements and translate them into optimal business solutions. Gather detailed improvement requests and analyze need for new business process engineering efforts, including facilitating group data gathering and decision making sessions. Build automated processes using native Salesforce tools such as process builder, workflows, flows, approval processes as well as utilize add-on applications for more customized rollup up summaries. Monitor, maintain and update existing Apex codes/triggers, Visualforce pages and Lightning components. Evaluate and install new Salesforce releases as appropriate within existing org and review existing customizations that may be impacted by new releases. Troubleshoot production issues and work with Salesforce users and technical team to resolve issues in a timely manner. Maintain end-to-end view of system and contribute that knowledge to integration discussions and process enhancements to ensure data transfer is orchestrated appropriately without downstream repercussions. Maintain data quality and data cleanup in CRM system through data quality rules to remove duplicate data, cleanse inaccurate data, standardize data entries, scheduled data analysis, scheduled reports, data loads and validation rules. Contribute to the establishment of a strategic roadmap and translate the roadmap into specific goals and objectives.
