Community Associations Attorney

A law firm in Tampa, FL, is seeking a Community Associations Attorney to provide legal support for community associations and their boards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in community associations law and a commitment to delivering high-quality service in a collaborative environment.

Duties:

• Draft and review contracts, corporate documents, and community association documents and amendments.
• Independently handle and review association collections, violations, and other lawsuits.
• Provide corporate guidance to Community Association Boards and Managers.
• Respond promptly to client needs and requests.
• Develop and manage a book of business, with a preference for candidates with an existing book.
• Maintain strong client relationships through effective communication.
• Conduct legal research to support client needs and case strategies.

Requirements:

• Admission to the Florida Bar.
• Community associations law experience preferred.
• Strong client relationship management skills.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school with a strong academic background.

Skills:
