Duties

• Collaborate with attorneys, support staff, and firm members.

Requirements

• Bar License in the state of PA (required); multiple licenses a plus.
• Over eight years of experience in civil litigation, real estate, or equivalent fields preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work accurately and productively.
• Preferred knowledge of TILA, RESPA, and FDCPA.
• Experience in appellate practice is a plus.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Bar License in the state of PA (required).
