Location

Duties

• Manage family law cases, including divorce, child custody, child support, maintenance, and property division

• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents

• Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and settlement conferences

• Provide clear legal counsel and guidance throughout all phases of the legal process

• Maintain strong, ongoing communication with clients

• Independently manage a full caseload from intake to resolution

• Work efficiently under pressure in a dynamic environment

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing family law

• Proven ability to handle all aspects of divorce and custody matters

• Strong litigation and negotiation skills

• Capable of managing multiple cases with limited supervision

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications

• Active member in good standing with the Wisconsin State Bar
