Job Overview:
A reputable law firm is seeking an Associate Attorney with 3 to 5 years of experience in civil litigation to join its growing team. Location:

Duties:

  • Manage all aspects of civil litigation, including discovery, motions, and trial preparation.
  • Represent clients in court and during depositions.
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys and work as part of a team on complex litigation matters.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and other stakeholders.
  • Provide legal research, writing, and case analysis.
  • Handle matters related to real estate, commercial, condominium, and construction law.

Requirements:

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in civil litigation.
  • Licensed to practice in Massachusetts (required).
  • New Hampshire Bar admission is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize a caseload effectively.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.)

Certifications:

  • Massachusetts Bar License (required)
  • New Hampshire Bar License (preferred)

Skills:

  • Strong civil litigation experience.
  • Experience in real estate, commercial, condominium, and construction law is a plus.
  • Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong courtroom and client management skills.
