The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in documenting and negotiating complex financing arrangements, including employee co-invest lines of credit, management company lines of credit, NAV-based financings, and subscription facilities.

Duties

• Document and negotiate commercial lending transactions.
• Manage complex transactions with cross-functional teams.
• Advise on bespoke credit facilities.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of finance law experience.
• Strong background in asset-based lending and cash flow loans.
• Familiarity with private client-focused facilities.
• Experience with secured and unsecured financings.
• Willingness to be based in New York.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Admitted to practice law in New York.
