Duties

• Provide legal support in matters related to CFIUS and the Outbound Investment Security Program.
• Engage in government contracts, export control, and internal investigations.
• Support transactional activities, including mergers and acquisitions and structured investments.
• Collaborate with government entities such as BIS, DDTC, OFAC, and DCSA.

Requirements

• Two to six years of legal experience in relevant practice areas.
• Interest or experience in CFIUS and related government entities.
• Willingness to develop expertise in transactional support and government contracts.

Education

• Juris Doctor from a nationally recognized law school.

Certifications

• Bar admission in good standing.
