• Familiarity with federal, state, and local environmental regulations and zoning laws.

• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities for client interaction.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active license to practice law in California (or ability to obtain licensure promptly).
