This role provides an exciting opportunity to practice family law with the potential to crossover into criminal law and personal injury cases. The firm offers a hybrid work environment, providing flexibility while handling a varied caseload.

Duties:

• Conduct in-depth legal research using platforms like Lexis-Nexis and Westlaw to support case preparation.

• Draft and review legal documents, correspondence, and pleadings with meticulous attention to detail and adherence to applicable laws.

• Offer clients thoughtful and strategic legal advice, ensuring they are informed throughout the process.

• Represent clients in court hearings, including superior, justice, and municipal courts across Arizona.

• Maintain organized case files and effective communication with clients and colleagues.

• Negotiate settlements and represent clients in a wide range of legal matters, displaying exceptional organizational skills.

Requirements:

• Active Arizona Bar membership in good standing.

• Strong passion and commitment to family law, advocating for the best interests of clients.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to handle multiple cases efficiently while ensuring client confidentiality.

• Willingness to travel for court hearings and related legal matters.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the Arizona State Bar is required.
