A law firm seeks a Senior Discovery Attorney to join its Stamford, CT office. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 7 years of experience in advising and supporting case teams and clients on all discovery phases, from preservation through production, and trial preparation when applicable.

Duties

• Advise case teams and clients on discovery phases and information governance.
• Collaborate with attorneys, technologists, and clients to manage eDiscovery workflows.
• Oversee quality of work and deliverables for associated team members.

Requirements

• Licensed and in good standing in the state of practice.
• In-depth knowledge of eDiscovery laws and industry best practices.
• Excellent communication skills for explaining complex concepts.
• Fluency with corporate messaging and productivity solutions.
• Expertise with Relativity is strongly preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

• Relevant eDiscovery certifications preferred.
