Duties

• Participate in internal and client strategy discussions.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, written discovery, and jury instructions.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Appear in court for hearings and trials.

Requirements

• Minimum of six years of experience in commercial lawsuits in state and federal courts.
• Excellent writing skills.
• Desire to work directly with clients and firm shareholders.

Education

• Juris Doctor from a nationally accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the Colorado Bar or eligibility to obtain admission.
