We have an exciting opportunity for an IT Manager, resident in our DC office.  The successful candidate will exercise independent judgment and will utilize discretion in being responsible for the administration and maintenance of communications, network, server and desktop computer systems in the Firm’s DC office. The IT Manager will serve as the focal point for collecting and distributing accurate and consistent information; identifying and administering best practices; and prioritizing user support actions as related to information systems hardware and software problems, policies and methods for our system users.  In addition, the IT Manager shall assist Hartford based IT members with various firm-wide functions, such as the planning and implementing of applications, monitoring tools and physical equipment including servers, network hardware, infrastructure and environment.

Qualified candidates must have three or more years of solid computer network and systems maintenance experience, as well as IT Security Foundations, MOS Certification - Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills, MSCA Certification - Advanced skills in Microsoft Windows 10 OS, HDI Certification, and a proven track record of maintaining IT PMO structure.  CompTia A certification also desired.
