Duties:

• Manage and review a diverse caseload related to consumer collection litigation.
• Work alongside a team to ensure quality service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Represent creditor clients in legal proceedings across various jurisdictions.
• Provide timely and accurate legal advice to clients, focusing on their interests and needs.
• Draft, review, and file legal documents, including pleadings and motions.
• Communicate effectively with clients, courts, and opposing counsel.
• Work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks.

Requirements:

• Active license to practice law in Minnesota.
• At least 3 years of experience in the legal field, particularly in consumer collection litigation (preferred but not mandatory).
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.

Education:

• J.D. (Juris Doctor) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Must be licensed to practice law in Minnesota.

Skills:

• Strong legal research and writing abilities.

Job Location:
