A law firm seeks a mid-level Associate to join its Private Equity Mergers & Acquisitions Practice in Denver, CO. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in advising financial sponsors and investors on complex transactions, particularly in the health care services sector.

Duties

• Advise clients on private equity and M&A transactions across various industries.
• Counsel clients in the health care services sector, including post-acute care and digital health.
• Manage transactions independently while collaborating with a team.
• Integrate legal technology and innovative frameworks into deal processes.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Private Equity and M&A, preferably at an AmLaw 100 or 200 firm.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience with joint ventures and emerging health care business models.
• Familiarity with design thinking and disruptive innovation principles is a plus.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Active bar admission in the jurisdiction of practice.
