The candidate should be an experienced associate or counsel with more than five years of prior relevant experience to join the Public Company Advisory group within its Capital Markets practice. Candidates should have deep experience advising public companies on a variety of securities law compliance, disclosure and corporate governance matters. Superior academic credentials and strong communication skills are required, and the ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the securities laws and direct experience in public company compliance and corporate governance.
