Duties

• Handle all phases of commercial litigation: pleadings, discovery, motion practice, negotiations, and trial.
• Advise clients on legal strategy, risk, and dispute resolution.
• Represent businesses and individuals in breach of contract, business tort, partnership, and commercial disputes.
• Lead client communications and case management with independence and responsiveness.

Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active law license in good standing (Texas or Florida preferred; other jurisdictions welcome).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial litigation.
• Demonstrated ability to attract and retain clients or maintain a book of business.
• Strong litigation and courtroom experience.
• Self-starter with high-level analytical, writing, and communication skills.
