Duties:

• Draft and review estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and health care directives

• Provide strategic guidance in elder law and long-term care planning

• Handle probate and trust administration matters from start to finish

• Advise fiduciaries, beneficiaries, and related parties on estate and trust matters

• Collaborate with internal legal teams to develop comprehensive estate plans tailored to client needs

• Participate in client consultations and maintain long-term client relationships

• Stay current with evolving estate law trends and state-specific legislative updates

Requirements:

• Significant hands-on experience in estate planning, trust drafting, and/or probate administration

• Strong familiarity with elder law and tax implications associated with estates and trusts

• Proven ability to manage client relationships with professionalism and empathy

• Capacity to work independently and collaboratively in a team-focused environment

• Commitment to delivering high-quality legal services with attention to detail

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active license to practice law in Massachusetts (required)
