A law firm seeks a mid-level associate with two to four years of experience to join its Energy, Infrastructure, and Finance practice in Miami, Florida. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in M&A or finance and an interest in technology transactions.

Duties

• Engage in complex M&A and finance transactions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on technology-related deals.
• Provide legal advice and support to clients in the energy and infrastructure sectors.

Requirements

• Minimum of two years' experience in corporate and finance law.
• Experience with an AMLAW 50 firm preferred.
• Bi-lingual in Spanish and English.
• Admitted to the Florida Bar or willing to take the Florida Bar.

Education

• Law degree from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• Member of the Bar in the United States.
