Duties:

• Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
• Participate in meetings, hearings, and negotiations as necessary.
• Provide legal advice and counsel to clients regarding their estate planning needs.
• Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and legal developments in California.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a legal role, preferably focusing on estate planning and administration.
• Admitted to practice law in California.
• Excellent writing skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong technical abilities and proficiency in legal research and analysis.
• Sound judgment and reasoning skills.
• A highly motivated and self-starting individual capable of working independently and in a team environment.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:
