Duties

• Manage a full caseload, including pre-suit and litigation files.
• Provide training and management to support staff.
• Draft and file litigation documents such as pleadings and motions.
• Negotiate settlements and communicate effectively with clients.
• Screen potential clients and investigate claims.
• Document injuries, expenses, and calculate damages.
• Interview witnesses and review medical documents.
• Represent clients through trial and counsel them throughout the claims process.
• Prepare for and attend depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances.

Requirements

• Florida Bar License required.
• Ability to manage time and attention to clients and cases.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Florida.
