Duties

• Manage a full caseload independently, handling cases from start to finish.
• Draft and argue motions, including summary judgment.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Collaborate effectively with team members.

Requirements

• 3-10+ years of litigation experience, ideally covering the full spectrum of civil litigation.
• California Bar Admission required.
• Experience in insurance defense and public entity defense is beneficial.
• Federal court and trial experience preferred but not required.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active membership in the California State Bar.
