Duties

• Support clients with complex transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and restructurings.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to address client needs.
• Conduct legal research to support client objectives and risk mitigation strategies.

Requirements

• 4 years of experience practicing corporate law with a focus on asset and investment management.
• Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks impacting corporate and investment activities.
• Proven experience managing complex corporate transactions and client relationships.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active license to practice law in North Carolina (or ability to obtain licensure).
