• Collaborate with colleagues on complex claims and legal updates.
• Manage caseload independently and meet filing deadlines.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice in Connecticut and in good standing with the state bar.
• 1-5 years of experience in workers' compensation claims or insurance defense.
• Proven ability to manage a caseload independently.
• Comfortable in a courtroom setting and able to argue before the CT Workers' Compensation Commission.
• Excellent communication skills for client relationships and strategic advice.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Connecticut.
