Duties

• Manage personal injury cases from inception to resolution.
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
• Prepare for and attend hearings and trials as needed.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Personal Injury Attorney.
• Licensed to practice law in Florida and in good standing.
• Spanish language skills preferred but not required.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active Florida Bar membership.
