Duties

• Conduct legal research and draft motions.
• Argue motions in court and participate in depositions.
• Engage in mediation, arbitration, and litigation of insurance and construction claims.
• Manage a team of paralegals and support staff.
• Settle cases effectively and efficiently.

Requirements

• 3 to 7 years of litigation experience.
• Strong legal research and writing skills.
• Experience in mediation, arbitration, and litigation preferred.
• Proven organizational and time management skills.

Education

• JD from an ABA-approved law school.

Certifications

• Active member of the Florida Bar in good standing.

Skills
