Duties

• Communicate effectively with internal and external partners through verbal and written forms.
• Manage intake and substantiation of new claims from clients.
• Draft, review, and sign pleadings and correspondence.
• Participate in developing strategies for case presentations.
• Research and interpret laws, regulations, and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and other regulations.
• Develop and maintain client relationships, acting in their best interest.
• Analyze and process data to ensure workflow compliance with laws and firm procedures.
• Perform other duties as required.

Requirements

• Georgia Bar licensure required; other state bars (MS/TN/AL) welcomed.
• Experience with high-volume caseloads is beneficial; training provided.
• Proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Office, and general computer use.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks daily.
• Minimum 40-hour workweek, Monday through Friday.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

• Active Bar membership in good standing.
