The candidate must have a minimum of three (3) years experience with the following: Title rundown/review/recording. Contract review/revision. Refinance and purchase closing. Lender, Realtor, and client relations. Familiarity with various industry software. The candidate must be in good standing with the CT Bar, have current CT Notary commission, have reliable transportation, and be willing to travel to closings all over the state, in the evening, and occasionally on Saturday. Bar membership and/or Notary commission in neighboring states a plus but not required.
