Duties

• Structure and close commercial real estate acquisitions and dispositions.
• Manage mortgage and mezzanine financings and equity investments.
• Conduct due diligence for real estate transactions.
• Handle leasing transactions and related legal matters.
• Collaborate with team members on complex real estate projects.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of commercial real estate experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Self-motivated and able to work in a team environment.
• New Jersey Bar admission in good standing.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the New Jersey Bar.

Skills

• Proficiency in real estate and finance transactions.
• Experience with environmental law is a plus.
