Duties

• Provide legal advice and representation in Business and Commercial Litigation, Employment Law, Real Estate Law, and Trusts and Estates Law.
• Attend court hearings and client meetings to advocate for clients' interests.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex cases while managing a caseload independently.
• Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations relevant to practice areas.
• Assist in the development of case strategies and participate in negotiations on behalf of clients.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active admission to the Massachusetts bar.
• 1-3 years of legal experience.
• Strong research skills with proficiency in Westlaw.
• Excellent writing skills with the ability to produce clear and persuasive legal documents.
• Knowledge or experience in Civil Litigation; experience in business, real estate, trust, or employment law preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing individual responsibilities.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and a commitment to providing high-quality legal services.
