Job Overview
A law firm seeks an Associate Attorney in Mount Laurel, NJ, with the option to work from the Ft Washington office or remotely. Candidates should be located near Reading, PA. Newly barred attorneys are welcome to apply.

Duties

• Conduct comprehensive reviews of conditions precedent to filing actions, including loan documents and demand letters.
• Draft and review pleadings and correspondence to initiate legal actions.
• Update internal systems with findings, documentation, and recommendations.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal foreclosure, bankruptcy, and collections requirements.

Requirements

• Intermediate to advanced computer and general office skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively with a diverse team of professionals.

Education

• Juris Doctor

Certifications

• Bar membership in Pennsylvania

Skills

• Knowledge of Quality Assurance and/or Quality Control principles preferred.
