Executive Assistant

The candidate provides high-level administrative support and assistance to the THINC President, TMS/THS President, and/or other assigned leadership staff. Performs clerical and administrative tasks including drafting letters, memos, invoices, reports, and other documents. Receives incoming communication or memos on behalf of THINC President, reviews contents, determines importance, and summarizes and/or distributes contents to appropriate staff. Schedules and attends meetings on behalf of executives, taking notes and recording minutes. Manages the day-to-day administrative affairs of the Office. Arranges travel and accommodations for executives. Performs office tasks including maintaining records, ordering supplies, and performing basic bookkeeping. Meets with attorneys, clients, and other professionals to discuss assigned projects and drafts legal documents as needed. Researches and analyzes statutes, regulations, legal articles, judicial decisions, and other legal sources; provides written analysis to attorneys. Organizes and maintains legal physical and digital files. Performs additional duties as assigned by executives. Occasional domestic travel is expected.
