The candidate will be including analyzing and auditing physician/healthcare provider arrangement terms and payment amounts, including diligent contract review; drafting employment and independent contractor agreements for healthcare clients; preparing materials for various client meetings; maintaining client contract management databases, and tracking time in the Firm’s timekeeping systems; problem-solving and analytical skills are matched by your excellent math and computer skills, including at least an intermediate command of Excel. Should have Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university and a paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program is preferred; however, work experience may be substituted for education. Some law firm and/or auditing experience is preferred.
