A nationally recognized law firm is seeking an Immigration Associate with a minimum of two years of experience to join its Labor and Employment practice group. Location

Duties

• Prepare and file business immigration petitions, including:

  • PERM labor certifications

  • H-1B and L-1 petitions

• Draft supporting documentation and legal correspondence

• Advise clients on visa strategy, documentation requirements, and regulatory compliance

• Conduct legal research related to U.S. immigration law and policy

• Communicate with clients and internal stakeholders on case status and developments

• Collaborate with attorneys across multiple offices on immigration matters

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in business immigration law

• Hands-on experience with PERM, H-1B, and L-1 processes

• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload efficiently

• Commitment to excellent client service and attention to detail

• Strong interpersonal and professional communication skills

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

• Strong academic record required

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction

• In good standing with the applicable bar
