Duties

• Draft joint venture agreements for developers in various real estate transactions.
• Advise affordable housing developers on debt and equity financing strategies.
• Provide strategic guidance on tax-efficient structuring for real estate projects.

Requirements

• Licensed to practice law in California.
• Minimum of four years of experience in relevant legal areas.
• Strong understanding of partnership tax matters.
• Experience advising clients on LIHTC and compliance requirements.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• California Bar License.
