The successful candidate will work within a practice group handling single plaintiff employment litigation and wage & hour class litigation.

Duties

• Manage civil litigation cases with a focus on employment law.
• Engage in discovery, depositions, motions, and trial preparation.
• Interact directly with clients and handle complex legal matters.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in civil litigation.
• Preferred experience with FEHA, agency complaints, and wage & hour issues.
• Active involvement in discovery, depositions, motions, and trial preparation.

Education

• Juris Doctorate degree from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• License to practice law in California.
