Duties

• Manage family-based immigration cases and petitions.
• Advocate for clients in removal defense proceedings.
• Handle waivers and asylum applications.
• Assist with employment-based visa processes.
• Communicate effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in U.S. immigration law.
• Proficiency in family-based petitions and removal defense.
• Knowledge of employment-based visas is advantageous.
• Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
• Fluency in Spanish and English is preferred.
• Existing book of business is preferred.

Education

• J.D. degree.

Certifications

• Active Florida Bar membership in good standing.
