Corporate Counsel
The candidate will draft, review and negotiate sponsorship, promotional rights and licensing agreements in support of the commercial business for the company. Advise the company on marketing, branding, advertising promotions and initiatives. Draft, review, and negotiate procurement, vendor and technology/software agreements including supply agreements, terms and conditions, master service agreements and a variety of indirect supply agreements. Work cross-functionally to identify risks and provide strategic, practical and creative legal guidance. Create efficiencies and improvement within the legal department including enhancing or developing templates, contract standardization/automation initiatives, and building a legal playbook. Prepare and conduct training for managers and employees on relevant legal topics. Build key relationships within the company by responding promptly, being proactive about guiding the business in a way that minimizes risk and maintains company goals. Other projects or duties as assigned.
