Small, well-established, full-service, Orange County business firm is looking for an experienced and motivated, mid-senior level corporate and/or real estate transactional attorney with 5+ years’ relevant experience to add to our seasoned team of business lawyers.
Candidates should have the ability and desire to manage projects effectively and competently to timely completion. Candidates should also possess strong drafting, critical thinking and communication skills; be able to work independently, as well as within a team; and exhibit confidence and poise.
Our ideal candidate has broad and in-depth business/corporate and commercial real estate transactional experience in the following areas:drafting/revising agreements relating to mergers, acquisitions and business capitalization; entity formations/restructurings; commercial leasing and workouts; day to day business contracts; real property acquisition/dispositions/financing agreements; residential and commercial construction contracts/subcontracts; and title review and conveyancing.
