Job Overview

A law firm seeks a mid-senior level corporate associate for their Capital Markets and Public Companies group in Mountain View, CA. The ideal candidate will have four to six years of experience advising public companies or investment banks.

Duties

• Advise public companies on SEC compliance, disclosure, governance, and exchange matters.
• Represent issuers or investment banks in capital market transactions, including IPOs, SPACs, direct listings, and follow-on offerings.
• Engage with technology and/or life sciences companies.

Requirements

• Four to six years of relevant experience.
• Superior academic credentials.
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills.
• Barred in the state of the office location or eligible to sit/waive into the next bar exam.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• State Bar admission.

Skills
