Job Overview

A law firm seeks multiple construction litigation associates for its Manhattan, NY office. The firm offers a flexible remote rotation. Candidates with diverse backgrounds in construction/NYS Labor Law defense and construction defect/property damage are encouraged to apply. Deposition and court experience are required, and insurance coverage/risk experience is a plus.

Duties

• Represent clients in construction litigation matters.
• Conduct depositions and appear in court.
• Collaborate with team members on case strategy.
• Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.

Requirements

• JD degree with excellent academic credentials.
• Admission to the New York Bar; New Jersey Bar is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Professional judgment and decision-making abilities.
• Proactive and resourceful work ethic.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

• New York Bar admission required.
• New Jersey Bar admission preferred.
