Duties

• Defend wage and hour class actions and single plaintiff lawsuits.
• Collaborate with clients on strategic legal decisions.
• Represent clients at hearings, mediations, and depositions.
• Provide day-to-day employment-related legal advice.

Requirements

• 5+ years of employment litigation experience, including wage and hour class action experience.
• Active California State Bar admission.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.

Education

• JD degree from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active California State Bar admission.
