Duties

• Manage regulatory compliance and enforcement matters.

• Engage with state, federal, and local environmental agencies.
• Participate in administrative proceedings and litigation.

Requirements

• Minimum of four years of experience in environmental law.
• Ability to manage matters independently and proactively.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent legal research and project management skills.
• Admission to practice law in Connecticut; dual admission in NY and/or MA is a plus.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
