The candidate will review, draft and negotiate commercial agreements, including midstream gas gathering and processing agreements, NGL fractionation and purchase agreements, and other industry-specific agreements. Participate in and contribute to a broad range of M&A, joint venture and other strategic transactions, including due diligence and drafting, review and negotiation of purchase and sale and joint venture agreements as well as related transactional documents. Assist and advise the business development group in developing overall commercial strategy.
