Senior Contracts Manager, Procurement
The candidate will support growing business lines in Real Estate and Construction, and provide support across the growing Procurement team. General responsibilities will include identifying and implementing process improvements, as well as reviewing, drafting and negotiating a variety of contracts, including non-disclosure agreements, evaluation agreements, support agreements, master agreements, and design and construction agreements. Will work efficiently and independently, manage a high volume of projects with little guidance and proactively implement mechanisms that streamline repetitive tasks. Also have great attention to detail while still meeting tight deadlines. Provide day-to-day contract administration support for NDA’s, agreements/contracts, statements of work/work orders, proposals and other contract documentation. Analyze proposals and contract documents and provide advice regarding potential risks and strategies. Ensure appropriate documentation is acquired and entered into corporate databases in a timely manner; conduct analyses and compile reports as required. Draft language for nondisclosure agreements, teaming agreements, contracts, and subcontracts. Negotiate terms and conditions of and prepare nondisclosure agreements, agreements and/or contracts in accordance with industry best practices and corporate risk policies, within the limits of authority delegated by management. Provide subject matter expertise to management on contracting-related issues, from pre-award through post-award administration and closeout. Review invoices for compliance with contract terms and conditions. Assist and manage contract audits. Create and implement contract processes and training for internal customers and vendors. Build and maintain relationships with internal customers and vendors. Ensure compliance with corporate policies and contracting practices as well as Federal, state, and local law by reviewing existing and new regulations; anticipating regulations; enforcing adherence to regulations; and advising management on requirements.
